I joined the forum recently and I'm impressed with the knowledge and setup that most of you have done.

 

Currently I plan on just retro fitting my geysers to use EV tubes, and hopefully after saving in a year or two I plan to go full solar. I still need to cut a few trees in the process.

Please help me for now with any JHB installers to retrofit geysers, my one set of geysers is currently running in series.

May I suggest that before making your decision you look at the Geyserwise PV system.

They use PV panels directly connected to their system and a dual element. See https://www.geyserwise.com/ select Products and then PV water heating systems

I got a question for my learned friends,

I got spare solar power from my current system that I could use for the geyserwise solar solution, my question is how would I go about to connect the current system to the gyeserwise system if possible?
