I really hope they come to your aid, for the amount of money spent it is unacceptable to be in this situation.  

An update on this. The problem has continued. 6 outages in November. The company that did the installation called me to say that they believe the problem is the BMS (no name on it that I can see, in case you were going to ask). They are using the BMS supplied by Revov, but are going to install a brand name device instead.
