Ingo Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Where I stay the power sometimes just 'flick' Off and On again in a split second. It's enough to trigger the inverter to go into Inverting mode for around 30s and then switch back to grid power. What I did notice the other day is that my ACOut 2 still supplied power even when the inverter was in Inverting mode for that 30s. Am I seeing things or could this really happen as the 30s is usually up when I go running to my PC to check the Remote Console and then we are back to Grid power again. The reason I ask is that the other day I got an Overload warning when we started load-shedding to the value of 6800W (Quattro 5K). This would normally not be possible as my heavy loads are on the ACOut2 connection so I can only assume it 'flicked' Off|On and back to Off again putting the inverter in this funny state. Ingo Quote

IE ask your reseller/installer so he can ask Victron. I unfortunately don't know. Ingo 1 Quote
Ingo Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 (edited) I'll ask on the Victron forum, maybe someone there knows and also send a request off to my installer. But before I do this I am going to remove the Assistant that manages the ACOut2 relay. It was put in place to open ACOut2 when the generator on ACIn1 is active. Perhaps this 'flick' is causing some issues. Edited December 11, 2019 by Ingo Quote
2una Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 It's not maybe powerassist active/kicking in? Quote
