Works perfectly fine on grid power. That's interesting, has to be with rectification, rectifier diode slightly damaged, maybe a zener? do you have AES on in the inverter? At first I thought it might have something to do with the electric fence energizer. It sits on the same wall next to the inverter, and it pulses the fence about once a second. Weasel Posted June 11, 2016 Author Share Posted June 11, 2016 Ok.. its quite nice IMHO, more simpler more better. i like that the electrolytic is so far back, although they do this with most of them these days. Lessons learnt :D. Also like the copper layer left on the back for better hear transfer. it uses a BP8812C LED driver (TO3) which is what i accidentally shorted out to kill the thing.
