The head of pump is 20m.

No problem at all. I have started 0.75kw induction motors like my caravan mover with a 1.5kw brick inverter without problems. People overplay the very short spike in current during the 1st 2 seconds. We don't all have to run to fit a VSR.

MY 3kW Axpert runs great even on my 3 times larger Ryobi table saw.

The key is good battery power to provide the amps in the first few seconds. Using with PV then even less of a problem.

Victron equipment is suited to starting inductive loads. I know of a 3kVA multi2 that is for sale, R14K, I can pass the details on if the poster is interested.

Most inverters with a 2x current peak for 10sec will start pumps. It's only when you have high enertia machine that starting becomes problematic. Compressors without unloading valves, some huge fans and equipment with flywheels etc.
