Hi Everyone needs some advice I'm adding solar panel to my system Axpert King Inverter 5kva. I'm adding 10 x JA 390 watt panels or Jinko 405watts ,please if anyone used these panel which is better suited. Connection will be 2S3P and 2S2P. 6mm2 cable to combiner box one 40amp and one 16amp breaker with fuse and 10mm2 cable from combiner  to inverter. 6mm2 has a run of +- 15meters and 10mm2 under 5 meter. Your advice with be appreciated thanks.

Don't think this will work.

How many Mppts do you have?

What's the pv voltage range? If it's the normal 145vdc then you need sets of 2 to get the voltage right.

2S3P and 2S2P are both two panels in series, which should be right.

16A sounds a bit light for 2P of large panels. What is the Imp of the panels?

@ Dani 1Mppt max volts 145Pv array. Operating volts 60 to 115V. PV volts 40volts Voc 49.5Volts. One string 80Volts 30amp the other 80Volts 20amp.

@Coulomb my apologies it should be 20amps. Imp is 9.70volts.One string will be 80Volts 30amp and thee other 80Volts 20amp parallel = 3900 watts 80Volts 50amp with a main MCB of 63amp in combiner box to inverter.

Ok, but the Imp is very close to 10 A at 25°C. At higher temperatures, it will be slightly higher. (Less power because the voltage drops by a larger amount, but the breaker only cares about current.) You may find yourself with nuisance trips of the 20 A breaker.

I'm amazed that they can get 395 W out of 72-cell panels these days. I thought they might have gone to 78 (13 x 6) or more cells.

@Coulomb thanks I will change to 25amp.Will 32amp be an over kill.I have attached a Jinko panel specs.Which are better panels or do you of goods ones thanks.

Yes, 25 A will be safer.

Sorry, I know nothing of modern panel quality etc.
