Many 5 kVA Axpert firmwares compare the PV voltage to 60.0 V, and if less than that, report 0.0 V. Is your multimeter trusted? Also, some models require about 150 V to start PV production. You didn't say what exact model yours is; presumably, one with a 145 V absolute max PV? Quote

Actually it's a CAP PowerStar 5000Va/48vdc/87A. Very similar to an Axpert Make in a nearby building. Utility charger rating 54V/30A/20A. Solar Charger rating 60A, and Max Solar Voltage rating 105V.
