Richard Mackay Posted February 20, 2021 Posted February 20, 2021 Rather build another DB with DIN equipment. Mixing the two is never going to be satisfactory. Pumba and swazz99jhb 2 Quote
GordonT Posted February 21, 2021 Author Posted February 21, 2021 Thank you ... Building a new Db board without a major renovation is just not possible. I would like to do that but with a prepaid meter and getting council involved That becomes a hold new can of worms... Thanks Anyway GordonT Richard Mackay 1 Quote

Do the CBs align height wise through the cutout in the fascia panel? Quote

Yes they do in terms of vertical alignment and flush with other CBs. If the DIN breaker is shorter than the hole in the DB board lid the adapter comes with a plastic clip that mounts on the DB board lid to block the gap to make it safe. Quote
GordonT Posted February 28, 2021 Author Posted February 28, 2021 Thank you that is very interesting about the db board cover plastic clip would never have thought to ask for the clip... thanks again.. Quote
GreenMan Posted February 28, 2021 Posted February 28, 2021 @Gordon, the clip comes with the adapter Quote
Luminous Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 I feel they could have spend a bit more time on those adopters or make a better one. Those are flimsy and after the second time you try to fit it nicely it is worn out. Richard Mackay 1 Quote
