Switching to line mode

Hi

I have Inverter Axpert_MKSII-5KVA. 

When the utility is connected, the utility indicator flashes repeatedly without switching to line mode or charging batteries. 

utility parameters is :

220 V

48.5 Hz

inverter settings is :

01 : UTL

02 : 60 A

03 : APL

05 : FLD

11 : 30 A

16 : SNU

all other settings as default. 

help me please.

If you mean that your utility has those readings, then I suspect that the low frequency is the problem. Is this actual grid power, or a generator?

What is rang of frequency for Axpert MKSII 5KVA inverter?

I was a little pressed for time yesterday. I just looked it up: it should work down to 40 Hz, and come back on at 42 Hz.

So more likely it is the frequency stability that is the problem. See FAQ #7 for a possible work-around.
