    Hi all.
    Shoutout again to all taking time in participating and assisting "chops" like me.
    Have the following setup...
    1 x 10kW Sunsynk 230V Interverter
    4 x 100A 5.12kW HinaESS Lithium Batteries.
    Batteries are connected as per this diagram... Pack 0 to Pack 3 for 4 batteries.

    The Dip Switches have been set as per this picture for 4 batteries, Pack 0 to Pack 3.

    Problem?
    Only the last 2 batteries are getting drained/used/discharged...
    Inverter setting is CAN comms with 0 Protocol.
    Let me know if you need any other info please. (BTW: Batteries are working great. Had 3 before upgraded to Sunsynk and another battery)

    Nope, you're doing fine, but yes I agree if the power light does not come on then you actually do not know which is the failure point. Have you tried connecting your laptop directly to the LAN port on the invertor? Based on the picture replacement picture you shared, I could be wrong but, it seems that the little grey box is just converting the LAN port to Wifi. That should give you an indication if the problem is on the inverter or not.
