    Hi Guys
     
    I'm new to this platform and require some advice as I've never seen this happen before,
    I recently installed an 8KW Deye inverter with 2 Volta stage 1 batteries and 14 x 550w Jinko panels (7panels per string) for a client, 
    when I activate both strings, the inverter runs with both strings active for around 1 minute at around 270v and 1.2a and 320w,
    then the voltage of both strings rise to 322v, yet the current and wattage drop to 0.0a/0w respectively
    However, if only 1 string is switched on, the system runs without a hiccup, be it on string 1 or string 2.
    I've been through the wiring from both strings to Pv combiner box and from combiner box to the inverter.
