Problem with kodak OG7.2 inverter and Akkutech batteries.

Hi, the problem is that the inverter is powered on and everything worked, it just doesn't detect the batteries. The one battery is drained and the other is in under voltage protection. The inverter doesn't detect the batteries at all, so I can't charge the one that is drained and I don't know what to do with the one that is in uvp. How would I solve this?
