July 6, 20223 yr Hi guys I've looked at the manual but I cant find what I'm looking for. Now I need the help of the experts! I have 2 Axpert SOL-I-AX-5P inverters and 6 Pylontech US3000 batteries. I've managed to connect a generator to charge my batteries when we have bad weather and it works great. I've noticed that when running the gennie, the input power that is charging the batteries after the load is covered seems to be governed in some way to around 1.2KW. If the PVs do start to generate power this is added to that. My gennie is capable of putting out 5 or 6 KW comfortably. My question is is there a grid charge rate that is perhaps set too low and what setting is this? With the price of petrol I want to shorten the time i have to run the gennie as much as possible! Many thanks in advance guys!!
July 6, 20223 yr Have a look at setting 11(it may be under a other number on your inverter) "Maximum utility charging current" You may need to adjust it.
