PV drops to almost zero when loadshedding starts

I have an SMA system. Two 5kW Sunny Boy PV inverters in serie (10kW), with an 8kW Sunny Island, and 2x10kWh BMZ batteries. Intermittently I find that, when loadshedding starts, the PV drops to like 5 or 6W, and stays there and draws from the battery.  As soon as the grid comes back online, the PV recovers.

What can be the problem?
