Confused -Compatibility

Hi,
've been reading more and more on this forum before I buy a small setup, but the more I read, the more its putting me off getting anything.
It seems inverters have so many bugs or find ways of blowing so often its really putting me off.
I don't want an electrician to come fit this as it seems rather simple to connect a cable from battery to inverter and panel to inverter why would I pay thousands for someone to do that.
Its not going to feed into the house so I don't see the need other than maintaining the warranty of the product. 

That said, if I was to go ahead with a small setup, would this setup be compatible together?

this is mainly just to keep my laptop and internet going for load shedding

I want to add this panel (only 1 panel - long story short I can only fit one panel) - so that I can charge the batteries for a few hours a day

(reason this panel will work for me is mainly the physical size of the panel)
the panel seems to be around 41v maximum power voltage
Open circuit voltage of about 49v
so it should turn the mppt on, on the inverter and charge the batteries?

will these items work together with no issue, or should I go with lead acid/gel batteries as I see some people had issues with inverters not working properly with lifpo4?
