I have some panels that are about five yeas old. Parts of some of the cells seem to be turning silver, see photo. I've only just acquired the means to measure the output, so I can't say whether I've lost substantial power or not. They're certainly way down on spec, and the orientation and vertical angle are correct so I have to assume that they produced to there potential when they were new. I haven't tried to clean them yet, other than hose them down.

Any thoughts?
