Can someone please clarify for me, can the inverter in the link below charge a 12v lithium battery?

I was told that you need a specific type of inverter/charge to charge a lithium battery. I know the website from that link sells these inverters with lithium batteries in trolley form. Surely if it does not work they would have loads of come backs and remove the product from the site.
