August 4, 20232 yr We are generally happy with our system. However I have a couple of problems_ If we have it operating on the UTI setting when it reaches 100% the alarm goes off and it cuts out. Is this a setting we have wrong? It doesn't do this on SBU if it gets fully charged from the panels. We are careful not to do this now but it is a nuisance to have to watch it. If the battery is completely depleted we have to do a reset pushing the reset button and totally rebooting the system - surely there should be some way to switch it back to mains power before this happens? This only happened once and now we watch it. Over the last week our inverter has suddenly not detected the panels (twice). If we switch it back to UTI and leave it a few minutes it then sees the panels again - this has happened at around 35% charge each time. What are we doing wrong?
