Hi All

I am new on the forum and need some advise on my current system;

Sunsynck Hybrid Inverter - 5 Kva

Sunsynck Data Logger 

Solar MD - 7.4Kwa Battery (SS4074)

Solar MD Logger V2

Solar Panels - JA Solar Panel - 455w  x 14

 

My battery currently keep giving  F56 DC_VoltLow_Fault and then shut down and I have issues with the Solar MD logger access.

 

Can you please assist and direct me to someone that know the setup for this system and that can help me sort out my settings.
