June 2, 20242 yr Hi there, please assist - Our geyserwise panel just goes dead. Completely- no lights, nothing. However it goes on again. So it goes on/off.. seems like it's going off when it's suppose to warm up the geyser. Any advice as to why??
June 23, 20242 yr Assuming it is not when there is loadshedding We once had that on a Geyserwise MAX, it turned out to be a dry joint on the PCB in the control box. That said, there are quite a lot of possible causes. This is also not a problem that you can leave as it could be indicative of a fire hazard type electrical problem. The first thing I'ddo is to ensure that all the screws in the terminal blocks are tight and that there are no loose wires.
March 4, 20251 yr I have the same issue with my panel. Was told it is the pump, replaced it, then the battery was replaced, still shutting on and off?
