I am new to the forum

I have a Growatt inverter Spf 5000 es with a NEnergy lifepo4 battery 

I just recently added solar panels 5 x 550W

When I am running it in sbu mode as soon as it is dark and solar is not available it does not switch to battery even if battery is at 100% it uses utility, my battery setting is at Use2 because I can't get the bms in Lit setting to connect keeps getting error code 4 and 20 what can be the broblem for that

The second broblem is my Nenergy lifepo4 battery keeps flashing alm (alarm) but no indication what the fault might be or how to reset the alarm what can I do
