What am I looking at?

I have built a data acquisition system for my Mecer solar/grid inverter. Everything is working and I am getting data into my repository but I don't really know what I'm looking at as my background is coding, not electricity. Could someone please explain what these figures are that I'm getting back from the system? Some of them are self explanatory but I have included all the data types returned for completeness if someone else comes across this post looking for the same information.
