I have single phase luxpower 10kw and 3 dyness 5.12kw batteries 

The inverter says batteries are on 76% when the batteries are actually flat. 

Notice light will flush for a minute then change to normal again 

Is luxpower and dyness compatible or there is something else that I need to setup on the inverter
