Sofar inverter error

Featured Replies

Hello, I'm new here and I would like to ask a little help. 🙂

I've a Sofar inverter (HYD 5KTL-3PH-PRO). My inverter serial number starts with: SP2ES10... And my logger serial number is start with 2740... I use Home Assistant to automatization. I installed and setup sunsynk integration in Home Assistant. I use tcp://192.168.0.90:8899 port.

If I set these values (2 IDs and port url), I get an error message when I run SunSynk add-on:
"17:40:11 INFO Connecting to tcp://192.168.0.90:889917:40:11 INFO Reading startup sensors Device type, Protocol, Serial
17:40:11 ERROR Error reading: The data address received in the request is not an allowable address forthe server."

What should I do to make the data readout work? Thank you for your help!
