got a new set up 2 x us3000c batterries to voltronic axpert king 11 twin 6kw inverter . to solar panels

firstly cannot get the inverter panel to connect to my wifi after following all the steps in manual many times (signal not overly strong ), secondly got a error 61 on the inverter panel . ime using the cable provided from pylontech with the batteries . the connecters have no pins in first 3 slots on each end just 4 to 8 in use . i know its non communication fault . has anyone any idea how i remove error . ive tried voltronic and am not getting answers from them .

can i manage with no wifi connection . thank you folks
