Battery View 3.0.37 - Not viewing stack

Hi guys, I have a stack of 4 Pylontech batteries 1 x US5000C, 2 x us 3000C and 1 x US2000+, all working nicely. However, Battery View will connect all 4 batteries individually, but when I try to view the stack I get an error message as per the attached pic. Can anybody help me out here please?
