April 26Apr 26 Good morning , Is there anyone that can maybe guide me with a problem that I am experiencing. I have a Luxpower 3.6 inverter with a 24v/2.56 kw lithium battery. At this stage we do not have solar panels as yet .It is a basic backup system for our setup. Our small office network consist of a server and to this I have 6 pc's connected via Cat 5 Ethernet cabling. When the system work straight from the grid everything works 100 percent. If I plug the system into the inverter and we work from battery without a grid connection everything works 100 percent. When I connect to the mains grid my ethernet network go down.Unplug from the grid everything is working again. I have replaced the tplink switches with a Ruijie switch that is made out of metal and I connected it to earth. Baatery and inverter is also earthed. I do not know where to look anymore. I need details of a Luxpower technician that can guide me. I have spoken to the guys at Solar Europe and they provided me with a number for their go to technician Ayob but he does not answer his phone.Thank you
April 26Apr 26 It sounds like earthing issues could be to blame. Although not to regulation, earthing primary and secondary sides of the inverter permanently could assist. Using more fiber and WiFi should also bypass earthing issues.
