Hi Guys could anyone shed some light on the following  that possibly done an Eskom SSEG .

Do they have to change out the prepaid meter with a bi directional one.

Eskom told me no prepaid meters and I would have to apply for a metered electricity connection .

Another installer told me I dont have to get a bi directional meter as I am not interested in feeding back to the grid .

Getting mixed answers from Eskom etc.

How much drama etc is involved with registration.
