TheMervZa Posted February 28, 2021 Posted February 28, 2021 Hi all I'm a newbie and learning as I go along. Recently moved into house, where a solar system was already installed. Inverter is a Kodak hybrid. Everything works well with the inverter. What I have picked up is that when batteries are full, excess power is fed back into Eskom grid. No issues with this, but my Eksom prepaid meter doesn't see it as this and uses up my prepaid units as the solar power feeds into the Eskom grid. How do I stop the power feeding back into the Eskom grid? I have looked at the export power setting, but not winning Thank you Quote
Jacques Ester Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 There should be an energy meter and Ct coil on the main supply. In the inverter there should be a setting to limit the amount of flow to grid. Quote
