Thanks for the feedback I have found that the back to battery voltage on the output source priority was set at 53 volts and the pylontech battery was only getting up to 50 volts i set the voltage down to 50 volts and everything is working as I think it should. Thanks

I have a problem that i cannot get my inverter to produce output power as a first priority from the batteries/PV while grid power is available and connected. Even though i have selected SBU or SUB any suggestions what the cause can be?

Hi all I am currently using a Mecer all in one as a UPS .When doing a test I switch off the mains supply and run on two 100ah gel batteries in series. If i let the battery voltage go below 24 volts and switch the mains supply back on the charger stars to charge in bulk mode with the voltage increasing till 28.2 volts It then stays there and never goes back to float voltage . This was from 9:45 am till 17:30. Surely this is not correct what can be done about it?
