Hi, I'm solving a problem with US2KBPL batteries (3 pcs), the inverter often reports an OVERVOLTAGE error, and the batteries stop charging. It appeared after this winter. I upgraded the battery according to the YOUDA manual from FW V2.3 to V3.4. Everything went smoothly, thank you for your instructions. However, the error still appears randomly, the Inverter cannot identify which model is causing this. According to your Batteryview pictures, you can see the status of all batteries (module 1,2,3, etc.). I can see the status of only one battery via the RS232 console. How can I achieve this so that I can see the status of all batteries? so that I can find out which module is reporting an error at a given moment. (I'm not on site, and I check everything remotely via the console) Please, is this a battery defect? Can I then complain about the module? The batteries are supposedly guaranteed for 10 years by the manufacturer, I had the PV installed in 2020, unfortunately my supplier went out of business and went bankrupt. Can I check somewhere using the SN directly with the manufacturer whether the batteries are under warranty?
