    It's possibly the premature float bug chronically under-charging the battery. But the default settings will murder lead-acid batteries. You need to change to USE battery type, and change your low DC cut-off voltage to 24.0 V. This will be annoying, as it will reduce run-time even further.
    Does your inverter have settings for equalisation or timed absorb? There are several different 24 V models, and I can't tell from your posts which exact one you have.
    Sadly, the chronic under-charging coupled with the excessive discharging has likely damaged your battery.
