This happens when power is restored to an area and fail to come back ON . In some parts the power outage often goes unreported that is due to Loadshedding. When electrical connection is restored by Eskom/Municipality The start-up load on a Transformer might exceed the capacity of the network causing circuit breakers to trip . We are able then to reset the circuit breakers once the peak load is reduced "
