  2. Hey Guys, Jacques here, New member and green to solar. Any assistance would be appreciated with regards to the plant below, Solar Plant Bryanston with equipment as follows: ● 2 X SUNSYNK-12K-SG04LP3 fitted with Sunsynk Data Loggers and monitoring via Sunsynk App. ● 3 X Solar MD 7.4k SS4074 Advanced Lithium Battery ● 30 X 460W JA Solar panels The above was just recently installed probably three or four months ago in a residential property in Bryanston Johannesburg. The property's power requirements on a daily basis is between the ranges of 160 and 350 kilowatts. The power breakdown between night and day is on a ratio of approximately 35% night-time use with the balance being during the daytime. The main reason to go ahead and install the solar system was with the intent of reducing the Eskom monthly bill as greatly as possible. Among reason for reaching out to you guys in anticipation of your knowledge and advice is due to having fitted the system but landed in a predicament where our installer seems to be under pressure and unable to assist us further. In a nutshell I current situation is this, although the system seems to be functioning without fault, I can only imagine that the settings or what needs adjusting. Following the investment of approximately R400,000 for the solar equipment and considering our reason of wanting to reduce Eskom bill, we now have the most expensive extension cord ever fitted in Sandton. Our Eskom bill has now increased between 25 and 35%. Something is very wrong with this picture and would appreciate your assistance. Lastly if anyone could recommend a reputable installer in the Bryanston area. Thanks guys, Jacques
