    Good day Been on the local CoCT webpage and i dont see anything that explains on residence/business with has existing solar, non-feeding to grid, installation which was install years ago. Assume we have all paperwork and CoC,from the time of installation. Can anyone please assist info or experience on this situation. Do residence just apply as "new" installation to Local municipality/CoCT? Are you liable for penalties, etc? Regards
