    faakie got a reaction from mzezman in Synapse 3.0+ and 2 x 12v Hubble S200's
    Hi there.
    I joined the inverter brigade middle of this month.
    I ordered two LifeP04 12v batteries and the inverter from Takealot.
    The Synapse 3.0+ seems to handle the load shedding task very well.
    I run my 2 Fridges, all lights, 1.2kW Aircon, TV, modems and computer without a problem.
    I paired it with 2 x 12v Hubble S200's
    I'm still learning the software, but it works well with the watch power program, and although I had an error "08" "DC Bus voltage to high", it went away when I changed  the Output Source Priority from Utility to SBU.  This means the inverter first uses Solar then Battery and then Utility.
    Utility = Eskom
    I learned a lot in the past week, but does have a lot more work to do. The "08" Fault code is really haunting me.
    Contacted rubiconsa.com about the error, and they told me to bring it in - they'll need 10 days to fix it. - But I don't see me doing that during the christmas season, maybe afterwards.
    Cheers from Cape Town.
