Good day, We installed a 3 phase 200kVA generator recently and when the machine is switched to auto the generator starts immediately even though the normal power is still on. The supply from Eskom to the site ant-clock and the generator is set clock-wise. When we contacted the supplier they said that it is because the incoming supply is anti-clock therefor the generator will start. In all my years if have never heard this. There a three phase equipment that is set ant-clock so to change the incoming supply to clock will open up more problems. Please comment if you had come across this scenario and what to do. Thanks
