    Maximum cell voltage is 3.6V (which would be 14.4V per pack), but it will float if all cells in a pack are above 3.55V (14.2V per pack) for more than 1 minute (this time is too short - I need to increase it).
    In float mode, I set charge to 3.4V per cell (13.6V per pack).

    Just throttle the charge current one one cell starts getting high:

    The internal balancer will fix balance them if you keep them charging at a very low current.
    I initially got my packs balanced by hooking them up to a 2A charger for a day.
