I have 4x Hubble AM-5's. Going great for the last 2 years(bought and installed around Jan 2023). Then they started to do random fluctuations on SOC and the SOH dropped to 99%.
Logged a call with hubble support, they were quick to respond and did a remote firmware upgrade, changed SOH to 100 and lowered the alarm limits. After this the batteries gave over voltage warnings. A little while later, 2 of the AM-5's died, no lights, no beep, just dead. So I took in all 4 batteries to Hubble JHB.
Today they call to let me know that the warranty seals on all 4 batteries have been tampered with and that repairs will be quoted on for my cost. The dead batteries have dead BMS's and its in the region of R6k each for a new BMS.
I find the claim about warranty seals hard to understand as the batteries where installed brand new and were never opened. Has anyone else had issues with Hubble making these sort of claims so that customers end up paying for repairs?
How do I take this up with Hubble as I know for a fact that the batteries have never been opened, they where bought brand new from Voltex in sealed boxes and installed, then left alone until the recent interaction with Hubble.

Took them in myself on Monday afternoon to the same branch. The check in service was good, everyone was polite and helpful. Im just shocked about the call i got them stating that the batteries where opened previously and the warranty seals are all tampered with. One of my reasons for going with the AM-5 specifically was the unlimited cycles warranty for 10 years(with no min DoD of 20% restriction) and with a unit cost of R33k each at the time, thats R132k worth of batteries that I wouldnt fumble around with.
