  1. Pylontech Tower upgrade SC0500

    Hello colleagues, I have a PV system with an Azzurro inverter and a battery tower from Pylontech Controller: sc0500 and 4 batteries H48050 These were put into service in October 2022. Now I bought an additional module to have a storage of 12KW. Since a week is not charged further than 89%. the self use mode also no longer works so really. Now I would like to know what the reason can be. I can not change anything on the inverter. Since I can only adjust: Battery type -> Pylontech Max charge: 35A MAx discharge: 35A Batteryadress: 00 Unfortunately I can't find anything here.' Is there any way to look at the battery states? Thanks already.
