  1. It was not the best for me. Had to go through my supplier to get a success. However, their products seem to promise quality
  2. Hello, I managed to successfully set up my system using the FusionSolar App. Looks like my system needed a couple of firmware upgrades, with a restart after each upgrade. When creating a plant, if I remember well, you can choose between an installer and an end-user. I believe there are limited functions for the end-user, but I was able to clear some faults remotely (after ensuring they were not an issue - like a grid disconnect alarm) with my installer account on FusionSolar. Most of these apps allow you to add users and some can transfer an entire plant.
  3. Any successful installation of the Huawei Power M unit and setting it up with iSitePower-M via FusionSolar (Huawei support recommended this over NetEco)? I am challenged in creating the iSitePower-M plant on FusionSolar with a login error. I am aware of the default Username: admin Password: Changeme but that is not working to log me in and it is a new installation, new products. The other issue is the running indicator LED which will turn GREEN when starting up the system and about 10 minutes in, turn RED. Because of this I cannot run any load on this system and the battery also does not seem to be charging. I would appreciate a step-by-step guide for anyone who has had a successful installation of this unit.
  4. I had a look at the NRS 097-2-3:2023 regulation regarding such an install but did not understand how one could check that "the power unbalance between phases does not exceed 4.6kVA". Thanks for the enlightment
  5. What are the consequences of using a single-phase inverter in a three-phase supply. How do you then figure out and counter for the power imbalance between phases? Is such a system legal? Question background: Installing an 8kVA Sunsynk Inverter (1-Ph) to a 3-Ph Supply. With a PV supply of 6.6kWp (12x 550W JA Solar) and a battery storage of 10kWh.
