  1. Age of a panel

    Roald Olivier posted a topic in Solar Power
    The client purchased the panel 3 years back as new we did not do the initial install but was contacted to do the repair. To me this type of junction box tech is pre-2010 the panels can't be only 3 years old and erode like this in the Gauteng Centurion area. My first installation was in 2012 with Canadian Solar panels it was 255w panels even then the panels had a single small sealed connection on the leads down the middle on the long edge of the panel. Your thoughts, please?
