I once heard someone say that their airconditioning switches off automatically when their battery reaches a state of charge (SOC) of 60%. I would like to know whether it is possible, and also what exactly to do/install in order to do this.
A hypothetical scenario... Let's say my underfloor heating is the only item on a circuit breaker, and I want it to only switch on when the battery SOC of my solar system reaches a level above 85%, what do I need to do to achieve this result?
Does this require smart circuit breakers?
For the purposes of this thread: let's assume timers (even smart ones) are not an option.
EDIT:
I currently have 2 x 5kW Sunsynk Inverters linked to 3 x 5kW batteries.
I monitor the system through the SunSynk App - so the system is connected to WiFi (via the data logger I assume... if that's what it's called)
