Any one else applied or have experience that can help with this comment from council - design (our need) requires something bigger than 8kVA - so next up in line we chose a 16kVA but MCB is at 60A? Got a response from council stating that inverter size can only be up to 13.8kVA due to incomer breaker size.
Is this limit a SANS 10142 or NRS limit? Not feeding back into grid - will install CT. I have a 60A breaker on supply and discharge from the inverter. Isn't that sufficient to protect cabling and ensure the output is limited?
Any wise words would be appreciated
