I know i need are dc to dc charger what size

I am looking at buying 2 of 400watt 12v solar panels and 2 of 200ah batteries connected in parallel. This will run large 80 lit frig one fan and are laptop. When the car is running the batteries are been charged from the alternator and when the car is park the 2 of solar panels are chargeing the batteries and also i have are 2 kva generators which charges the batteries on are cloudy day. What equipment do i need to do this is what i am asking and the drawing diagram to wire it all up please.

Looking at setting up 2 of 400w solar panels and 2 of 200ah batteries with what type of charger do i need and any other device need to monitor the batteries.the car run the batteries are charged by car when the car is still the solar panels charge and if it is are overcast day the 2.2kw generator charges the batteries the 2 of batteries will run 80l frig, fan, led lights and computer. I also need help in the wiring of the system
