Hi there, I see this was posted in Jan, I am sorry that I am only seeing it now. I bought the same inverter in Dec 23, I had it installed early Jan 24. Yeah, so the inverter works well. It does not connect to internet as there is no dongle for it, I have asked the supplier to source it, I am still waiting for that. Then, the fan only stops when there is no power. This is very staging for me as I can't believe that this won't wear something out, but I am told that is how it is. Then, I had a qualified electrician do the installation, but when he had questions, the supplier said if they speak to him, they will charge me. They say any qualified electrician should know what to do. He says he does not know the inverter or batteries (2x sVolt) and of course, the client is stuck in the middle. Yes, it is working as expected, perhaps I expected more. Anyway, I hope this helps.
