How much has your electricity bill decreased since getting solar?

Not even my electrician can answer. I'm hoping you can. We have a pre paid electricity metre. Average daily consumption 100% through Eskom was 17 units. For 6 days we had a street outage, yet the metre read 11 units usage per day! That should have been a zero reading. Installed solar, 8.5, solar panels, only the geyser is on Eskom. We have a gas stove and gas oven. Yet, daily metre consumption is 13 units! Solar connection has been checked, it is 100% in working order. The unit reading consumption doesn't make sense. Can anyone advise?
