    Managed to get hold of tech support and they helped me out , the BMS was protecting the battery , no output on the battery cables. Turns out there is a way to force start the BMS and it worked. Thank you for the help

    Good afternoon everyone , I'm having an issue with a synapse 5.0+ inverter and battery 3.7kw solar MD . Getting a BP error message on the display and the battery is not being picked . Battery switches on but not sending any voltage to the inverter. Unfortunately don't have the manual, suspect a faulty BMS. The inverter can work without a battery as long as solar is there. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hello. I stand to be corrected but generally the panels don't perform better at higher temperatures so it's likely to drop from the max watts as the temperature goes higher than 25' Celsius
