  2. Hi I am new to the solar world, and just got a 12k Luxpower Inverter installed at my home with 22 595W panels over 3 strings & 30KwH of lithium storage. When the system was installed in March I was getting production from all 3 strings until mid April, then PV2 stopped producing and just went on standby mode. A couple weeks ago it rained for a week straight and it came back on to supply for 6 days. Once it got sunny again, it stopped producing from PV2 again. The P1 & PV3 strings usually supply my daily needs, but last weekend I had heavy energy users at my airbnb and had to draw from the grid at nights because the batteries weren't getting sufficiently charged in the days because all the energy was going to supplying the load. Yet PV2 still didn't come on and help supply the load or charge batteries. I would be grateful for some help troubleshooting, because the installer is not providing much help.
