  1. I see my BMS comms setting is set to Default which us PC/remote monitoring. And not set to RS485 or CAN
  2. This is the setting I have for Feedback. I'm a little afraid to change anything without someone a little smarter than me understanding it.
  3. So these images are my battery CAN to RS485. There really is only 1 option. As for setting trickle feed, I don't see that as an option to set on my inverter. It has a setting to stop Backfeed which is disabled. Maybe I need to have a good read about that specific setting again. On my inverter it's called "mixed load"
  4. So, the comms cable is in correctly, battery side is on CAN and inverter side is on RS485. From what I can see in the user setting the battery charge current is set to 40amps. If I try and set the battery type to Its Native BMS setting, it will only trip the Pre-paid meter, not the 63amp breaker between the inverter and the prepaid meter. We actually installed it prior to moving in, so there wasn't any real load in the house when we installed it. And it was doing it then as well. My meter is an ecolec type, I had the power utility come by and try another type. But again, it did the same. So it could potentially be reverse feeding into the grid, which we are 100% unable to do here.
  5. Good day guys, Let me start out by saying, howziiit! I am dumb when it come to inverter/solar systems. . 10kva Hanchu ESS inverter with a single Hanchu 9.4kwh battery and 10x 430watt longi panels. So here is my problem, I have a full Hanchu ess setup. So, my inverter has been tripping my pre-paid meter, but not because of backfeeding to the grid. or atleast, i dont think so. My inverter bms setting is set to "user defined" because if i try and set it to its native battery type for correct bms settings, it trips my meter immediately and it shows on my meter " unsafe". My prepaid meter is a 60amp breaker. I'm starting to think the battery charge draw + normal house draw ends up being more than 60amps there by tripping the meter. Is this possible? Thanks so much guys!
